Q. I paid the cost of an Extra with 《Shadow Dragon》 in its special traits in my hand as normal while this card was awakened. Afterwards, when paying the cost of another Extra with 《Shadow Dragon》 in its special traits in my hand during the same turn, can I use this card's [Permanent] skill to pay the cost of that Extra using cards from my Drop instead?
A. Yes, you can.
