Q. I removed 2 [Ki] for the skill cost of this card's [Activate: Main] skill and placed this card at the bottom of my deck. Can I play a <Trunks: Future> with a cost of 2 from my hand with this skill's effect?
A. No, you can't. In this case, you can only play a <Trunks: Future> with a cost of exactly 3.
